马剑鹏


Prof. Ma joined the Baylor College of Medicine and Rice University as a tenured professor in 2000 and has since become the Lodwick T. Bolin Professor of Biochemistry at Baylor College of Medicine. He has made numerous research breakthroughs integrating through a combination of experimental measurements and theoretical calculations. He won several international academic awards and was honored with the Norman Hackerman Award for Chemical Research in 2004. Prof. Ma is also an elected fellow of the American Physical Society, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering. In 2018, Prof. Ma joined Fudan University as a core member of the Program for High-Level Overseas Talents Introduction (Shanghai) and established the Multiscale Research Institute for Complex Systems with Prof. Levitt as its Dean.
